All subordinates will likely take their cues of trust, ethics, and determination from their management and those who lead the organization. So, it’s reasonable to say that our leadership style will ultimately be synonymous with our company’s ethos – which is the foundation of our values. As Principals of Tykenwood LLC, we must set an example of integrity, dignity, and respect from the onset. To minimize or discount the importance of setting a good example would significantly distract from the cohesive goals of the engagement. And, we will not let that happen.
